FAQ- Add Money


Q. How do I add money in my mybijlibill Account ?

A . You can add money to your mybijlibill Wallet by Taping on Load Request icon on home page by following option: –


Mobile App
  • You can Select different methods to add money in your account, you have payment method option like Net Banking, IMPS or NEFT.RTGS, UPI and QR Code
  • You will be redirected to the Internet banking page of your bank if you want to pay using banking methods , there you can add your internet banking details and send the payments to us
  • Our bank details are specified on the app and you can use those information
  • You can also scan the QR code shown on the app and simply scan and pay using UPI and the payment will reflect in our account
  • Once you have made the transaction then you have to send that information to us for this you will have to go to Load request section , Choose the right option and then add transaction ID and then Submit
  • We will receive your request and will update the amount in your wallet
Q. Is there any limitation on adding money in my mybijlibill Wallet?

A. There is no limitation on the amount of funds which you can keep in your account .

Since you will be providing multiple services to your customers using our platform, you can manage your funds as per your needs

Q. Amount has been debited from my bank account but not credited into my Wallet, what can I do?

Due to some of the following reasons, amount is not credited into your mybijlibill Wallet account: –


  • Page refreshed by you
  • Poor internet connectivity
  • Lost connection
  • Time out

In that case, your money will be refunded into your bank account. This may take 2 to 3 days as most of the banks process refund in 2 to 3 days or some banks may take 7 days also to process refund.

FAQ-Mobile/DTH Recharge

Q. How can I Use Recharge and DTH Services ?

A. It is very simple using mybijlibill App or through Web

Mobile App
  • Login into your mybijlibill Account
  • Select the option for recharge of mobile number
  • Enter the mobile number or select from the contacts to recharge
  • Mobile will get recharged successfully

Same process will go for DTH recharge

Web App
  • Login into your mybijlibill Account
  • Select the option for recharge of mobile number
  • Enter the mobile number
  • Mobile will get recharged successfully

Same process will go for DTH recharge

FAQ-What are mybijlibill Timings for Balance Update in my Account

You can send your Load request any time you want and also deposit the money at any time you want and Submit the request for account updation

But our team will update the balance in your account
Monday - Saturday 9 am -10 pm
Sunday 9 am -2 pm

FAQ-Send Money/Transfer Funds

Q. What is send money?

A. You can send the money to your friends and family on their mobile number, by using mybijlibill App or Web App.

Q. How can I send money to my friends and family?

A. Sending money to friends & family is very simple, easy and fast.

Mobile App
  • Open mybijlibill App
  • Tap on Send money
  • Then Tap on send money to mobile
  • Enter your friends and Family mobile number
  • Enter the amount
  • Put remarks and tap on send
  • If you have sufficient balance in your mybijlibill account, money will be sent to your friends and Family
  • The person receiving the money will receive an SMS/email and push notification
Q. In what time, can I start transferring the funds?

A. There will be a cooling period of 10 minutes for transferring of funds upon creation of RapiPay Wallet or loading / reloading of funds into the Wallet or after adding a beneficiary.

Q: How will I get a refund for a failed transaction made through mybijlibill Wallet

A. If the transaction has failed, an auto-refund will be initiated that will be credited to the wallet within 3 days. If the transaction is successful and still the issue persists you can raise a service request by following the steps: Wallet Home Screen > Help & Support > Select transaction > Select a reason for service request > Enter description > Click Submit

Q: How can I report an unauthorized transaction?

A. In case, if you find any unauthorized transactions, you can report it to us by sending an email from your registered email ID to support@mybijlibill.com
